Could Hot Chocolate improve fatigue in MS?

A recent study at Oxford Brookes University, funded by the MS Society, has found that drinking high flavonoid hot chocolate can have a positive impact on fatigue in MS, as well as some findings of reduction in pain.

Flavonoids are a compound found in many fruits, and have anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory properties, which provides a positive effect on the body.

Whilst more research continues, we are off for a toasty mug of hot chocolate.
