Barrie Simpson is a trustee of the MS Therapy Centre (NW) in Manchester as well as being trustee and head of Oxygen training for MSNTC. Having been diagnosed with MS 9 years ago, as Barrie says himself he is no longer able to run a marathon or do a 100 mile bike ride, however he is challenging himself to do a 'wing walk' on 1st June 2017, to raise money for his centre.
If you'd like to sponsor him you can visit his Just Giving page here.
Otherwise, if you're in or around Cirencester on 1st June and happen to raise your eyes to see a man standing on the wing of an aeroplane, be sure to give him a wave!
