We are:

• A small, autonomous, self-funding, self-help charity
• Our focus is to enable people to access and benefit from the best range of drug free, symptom management and complementary therapies
• Our therapies are specifically chosen to support people living with MS and any other neurological or life defining condition
• Don't want a therapy? You are welcome to pop in and chat with other members, peruse our shop, buy books, have refreshments and enjoy the Centre

We are a Self-Help Centre established in 1985 in an old industrial unit until enough funds were raised to buy land in Catcliffe and create a purpose-built Centre, which we moved into in 2002.

Our members, volunteers and friends are invaluable.
